If you are planning to employ a highly qualified worker, you can get additional informational support before submitting an application for a work permit. This informational support is adapted to your situation and may consist of individual contact via email and/or telephone, as well as in-person meetings, if necessary.

Support for employers who recruit highly qualified workers

Before you employ a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country, you must first check that the person has the right to be in Sweden and work here. You also need to notify the Swedish Tax Agency of the employment.
