What can I see and do in My page?
The information and services you can access when you log in to My page depend on how you submitted your application and how you log in.
To book an appointment to visit us, you need to log in to My page. You can also reschedule or cancel a previously booked appointment in My page.
How to log in and use our e-services
BankID
BankID is the safest way to log in. If you log in with your BankID and have made your application via an e-service, you will therefore have access to all information relating to your application.
If you applied via an e-service
If you applied via one of our e-services, you can follow most things related to your application on My page, regardless of which login method you choose. To access all the information, you need to log in with BankID.
If you used a paper form to apply
If you used a paper form to apply, you can only see your application if you log in with BankID. If you cannot log in with BankID but want to be able to track the processing of your application via My page, you can visit one of our Service Centres in Norrköping, Stockholm or Malmö and present your passport.
