Forms

Here you will find all the Swedish Migration Agency’s forms. You can download them to your computer, fill them in, and then print them out. You can also order forms to be sent to your address.

All the forms are in PDF format. Download the form onto your computer before you start filling it in. Don’t forget to sign the form with your signature before submitting it.

For best results, use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print the form. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free.

If you want to have the forms sent by post to your address, you can click on the “Order form” link next to the desired form in the list. It takes about a week to receive a form by post.
