Book an appointment for a visit to Sundbyberg
At the Service Centre, you will be able to get help with accommodation and financial support. You can also apply for protection, provide fingerprints, and be photographed for your residence permit card. One change with the move to Sundbyberg is that it is possible to book an appointment for certain types of visits.
In Sundbyberg, you can book an appointment to be fingerprinted and photographed for your residence permit card. You need to make one of these appointments if you are submitting a digital application for protection under the Temporary Protection Directive for the first time, or if you have lost your residence permit card.
You must also book an appointment if you have been granted protection under the Temporary Protection Directive and need help with accommodation. If you have to leave your current accommodation immediately and need urgent help, you should visit the Service Centre in Sundbyberg without making an appointment.
