Use this form to apply for a residence permit for a child under 18 years to settle in Sweden. You must also use this form when applying for an extension of a residence permit. NOTE! EU/EEA citizens, children to British citizen with residence status, relatives of Swiss citizens, long-time residents in another EU/EEA country and their relatives, must use a different form.
Use this form to apply for a permit for a child under the age of 18 who is to be, or has been, adopted, and where the adoption is not mediated by an authorized Swedish adoption organisation and/or under the Hague Convention.

Use this form if you want to apply for a permit to visit Sweden for more than 90 days. You should also use this form if you want to extend your on-going visit in Sweden and the total length of the visit would then be longer than 90 days.
