Use this form to apply for permanent residence status if you are a family member of a British citizen. In order to be granted permanent residence status, you must have lived in Sweden without interruption for at least five years with a right of residence. The same requirements apply to your children.
Use this form if you are the family member of an EU/EEA citizen but not an EU/EEA citizen yourself. In order to obtain a permanent residence card, you must have lived in Sweden continuously for at least five years together with an EU/EEA citizen who has right of residence.
Use this form if you are a family member of a person who is applying for or has applied for a permit to work in Sweden. For this purpose, a family member is a husband, wife, cohabiting or registered partner or child.

This hosting agreement should be used for researchers from outside the EU, EEA or Switzerland invited by a research principal (university, institution, company, etc.) to conduct research in Sweden for a period of over three months.
